For many years, I have despaired at all the wrong information on acupressure. Most of the acupressure books available on Amazon were written by people who are not even acupuncturists.
It appears they just literally made up points out of thin air. Most people do not know that when they buy the book.
Some people also make suggestions online about how to treat ailments with acupressure. A lot of them are also giving wrong information. There is no danger to pressing on points that don’t work, but I don’t want people to think that acupressure does not work, because they are not even using an acupuncture point.
I use acupressure on myself, in addition to acupuncture. I recommend only the points that are correct, and likely to get results using acupressure.
