You will find a lot of incorrect information online. People have no training in acupuncture points whatsoever just literally MAKE THINGS UP. In fact, the bestselling acupressure book for over 20 years is filled with completely made up points.
All Acupuncture Points Have a Name, and a Number
Always look for the number of the point. If someone tells you to press somewhere, make sure they tell you the name of the point. For example, Large Intestine 11 treats constipation and fevers. If you know the number, you can cross reference it with other resources.
In order to compile the best, and most complete book on acupuncture points, I used all the point location books I had from school, and I cross referenced it with online resources. I wanted one book, with all the point indications. So you don’t need another book.

If done correctly, acupressure can help you improve your health. There are many ways to stimulate acupressure points. The easiest way is to just use your fingers. You can massage and rub the point for even a minute, and you might notice a difference.
